All windows should be professionally fitted by a qualified person. No warranty of any kind is offered on windows which are not fitted professionally. A person qualified to equal or higher than a Level 2 NVQ in Automotive Glazing is considered to be suitably qualified. Any warranty claim for windows should be accompanied by an invoice suitably endorsed with the details of the fitting.
We are a small enterprise run for you so if you have any issues we will sort them out for you.
Most of the Terms and FAQ stuff is to protect us from the people we don't want to do business with in the first place. You can be assured that we will try to sort any issues out and I'd rather you tell your buddy where you got the stuff from and get me another sale than annoy you as our customer. Just drop us a line! We are easy to deal with, honest.
Windows are a custom-made item and are made to order and so are not returnable unless faulty. If you ordered the windows to open the wrong way we might be able to do something but you need to pay for the return and replacement delivery. We can only try to swap it based on stock levels.
Cancellations of orders made in error which are received by us before we commence assembly or production are processed as goodwill and will generate a full refund minus card processing fees. These are also affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Refunds may so be slightly lower (or higher) that the original payment. We aim to process these the same day you identify your error. If you do this within 24hours then its likely we can process a refund. In certain cases we can retain your order as stock and still process the refund. Mistakes happen. Just contact us.
