Since the United Kingdom left the European Union on January 1st 2021 your own countries may now charge you local taxes upon importing, customs charges and an administration fees at the time of delivery. This is beyond overlandproducts control and is standard practice for importing. Costs vary between different countries. If you are unsure please check with your local authorities.
Many of our products may be under your personal allowance for importing and indeed some countries allowance is very generous indeed.
Rates can be a high as 27% (Hungary). Please make allowances for this in your purchase. As mentioned many times import could be free as it will be under your personal allowance.
Depending on the import rules and regulations in your country, you may be charged extra customs charges at the time of delivery.
If you refuse to pay this, the courier may dispose of the goods and you will not be entitled to any refund.
If the goods are returned to us we will only refund you the product cost, less the shipping and return costs and a £15 admin fee.
Please ensure you understand your liability to the costs associated with importing.
Recent deliveries to Australia attracted no charges as the personal allowance was greater than the cost of the products purchased.

If you order items that are in stock they are dispatched next working day. If you order items that are backordered they are dispatched after manufacturing which could be 6 weeks after the order is placed. If you order a combination of stocked and backordered items they will be dispatched together once the manufacturing process is complete. If you require items shipped separately an additional shipping charge is required and this will be invoiced separately on request.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU IS GENERALLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF TRANSIT COVER.
In the case of international deliveries this amounts to the value shown on the proforma invoice.
All claims must be received within 28 days of the date of booking. We will not be able to process claims received after this date. Please speak to us as early as possible.
For example, if a standard order with £50 of inclusive cover has been placed and no Enhanced Cover has been requested, then that order will have £50 of Transit Cover included. If the cost of the postage was £40, Overland Products maximum liability to you in relation to that Consignment will be limited to a total of £90 (being the £50 of Transit Cover plus the £40 cost of postage). In the same example, if Enhanced Cover was selected up to a value of £200, Overland Products maximum liability would be £290 (being the value of the Inclusive cover plus Enhanced Cover plus the cost of postage). The amount of cover may not reflect the value of the items unless Enhanced cover was taken.
